- Product Returns: If you are unhappy with a product purchased from Robs & Bebs Salon, we accept returns within 14 days of the original purchase date. The product must be in its original condition and packaging. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment.
- No-Show and Cancellation Policy: We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. However, we kindly request a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for appointment cancellations. No-shows or appointments canceled within 24 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee.
- Refund Processing: Refunds will be processed promptly upon approval and will be credited to the original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
